Salary Range:$45,000-$60,000/depending on experience

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Account Receivables Manager to join our finance team.
Position Overview
The Account Receivables Manager will play a key role in overseeing the accounts receivable function for Mobile Fixture and Equipment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a proven track record in managing accounts receivable processes efficiently.
Essential Functions
Collections Management:Develop and implement effective collection strategies.Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate actions to recover outstanding balances.Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.Credit Management:Evaluate and establish credit terms for new customers.Conduct credit checks and make credit limit recommendations.Review and update credit policies as necessary.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports.Provide regular updates on key performance indicators related to accounts receivable.Customer Relations:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and payments promptly.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts receivable function.Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor accounts receivable staff.Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Competencies

Supervisory Responsibility
The accounts receivables manager manages all employees of that department and is responsible for performance management of his or her employees.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivables Manager or in a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in relevant accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic NAV or similar system).
Experience in credit and collections.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Preferred Education and Experience
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Must have a valid driver's license.
