Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with data-analytics teams and business partners to define KPIs and reporting needs. Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards in a scalable, user-friendly business intelligence (BI) environment, with high degree of availability and data accuracy.Drive a data-driven culture by increasing adoption of business intelligence and metrics tools.Manage BI tools and architecture, planning for current and future needs.Generate insights and present findings to business and functional teams using intuitive data visualization.Develop an Enterprise strategy and roadmap for sustainable business intelligence and reporting, evaluate new BI tools to continuously increase data democratization e.g., using natural-language query capabilities.Drive organizational efficiency and reduce manual processes by automating availability of data and reports.Lead a team of high-performing data analysts and BI specialists; develop talent to increase data-analytics maturity by defining direction and applying best practices and tools.Other Responsibilities:
Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.
Required Skills:
Expertise in data visualization and developing intuitive dashboards, using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik.Hands-on experience in data extraction and data manipulation in cloud data environments (preferably Snowflake), using languages such as SQL, Python, Hive.Proven ability to influence and partner at the senior leadership level.Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high performing teams towards extraordinary levels of excellence and standards.Superior presentation and storytelling skills, customer focus and ability to work in diverse, cross functional team environment.High attention-to-detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities, and proven ability to make data-drive recommendations and drive continuous improvement.Collaborative approach and ability to partner effectively with business, data and technology teams.Prior experience building and/or managing a team.Advanced knowledge of data structures and the ability to manage manipulate data within visualization tools.Demonstrated ability to lead complex BI implementation projects.Demonstrated record of influencing others through consensus building in a cross functional environment.Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Business Analytics, Econometrics, Engineering, Sciences.7+ years working in a senior business analytics role with experience in implementing and maintaining reporting and analytics platforms.Financial Services experience and knowledge of Retail / Commercial Banking industry, products, and data highly desired.Master's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
