　　What you need to succeed: • BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • 2-5 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar roles. • Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures in a timely manner. • Good time management skills. • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy. • Proficient data entry skills. • Team player and great interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience in MS Office skills (particularly Excel); Job Scope and/or IFS is desired. • No travel requirement.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Prepare and manage internal and external billing.

　　• Work closely with the Technical Sales Managers to verify discrepancies and account for projects add-ons.

　　• Work closely with the Service Organization to verify costs and billing information.

　　• Monitor open jobs and make sure timely job closing.

　　• Respond to and resolve internal and external billing questions.

　　• Ensures all documentation is in order and coordinates with the shipping department prior to product shipment.
