　　We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who can become an integral member of our accounting and finance team. Under the general direction of the Controller, the incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Manages AR team to ensure all revenue is collected in a timely manner.

　　Supervises reconciliation of difficult or delinquent customer accounts to ensure funds are received.

　　Refers accounts deemed suitable to collection team for further collection efforts

　　Serves as primary point of contact for escalated collection efforts with customer accounts.

　　Ensures accurate posting of cash receipts, credit memos, and after-the-fact invoices after account reconciliation.

　　Verifies collection notes daily to ensure collection efforts are operating in the most efficient manner possible.

　　Coordinates semi-monthly client billings with Billing Manager and reconcile accounting records accordingly.

　　Identifies opportunities for process and system improvement.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

　　Proficient knowledge (4+ years experience) of all related Accounting principles

　　Superior customer service ability and experience in working with clients both over the phone and in person

　　Highly developed organizational ability

　　Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and lead multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus

　　Ability to communicate effectively with employees when delegating work and explaining procedures and processes
