　　If you are a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist looking for a challenging opportunity with a growing company, we invite you to apply. Based in Hot Springs, AR, our client continues to expand and is seeking high-quality candidates that are detail-oriented and experienced in Accounts Receivable to join their team.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Invoice Processing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for products/services rendered to clients.

　　Billing Verification: Ensure that all billing information is correct, and resolve any discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.

　　Payment Tracking: Monitor and track incoming payments, identifying and addressing any delays or issues promptly.

　　Credit Control: Implement effective credit control measures to manage and reduce outstanding accounts receivable.

　　Customer Communication: Communicate with clients regarding payment status, resolving payment-related queries, and providing necessary documentation.

　　Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable records with general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.

　　Reporting: Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and performance metrics for management review.

　　Cash Application: Apply payments accurately to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

　　Collections: Initiate and execute collection procedures for overdue accounts, working closely with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

　　Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.

　　Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
