　　What you will be doing

　　As a part of our Accounts Receivable Team you will play a critical role in protecting profits, preventing potential losses and helping us provide more of our services to create healthier futures. This exciting opportunity to join a growing Global Shared Service Center, where you will be able to collaborate cross-functionally and support a purpose-driven global business.

　　Responsible for maintaining and documenting records that require proof of delivery.Responsible for communicating delivery issues to warehouse.Prepares and submits monthly & quarterly write -offs.Reviews open credits.Monitors and maintain rejections in our electronic data intake (EDI) system and extracts daily checks.Responsible for maintaining and documenting audit requests.Prepares weekly freight files.May assist other associates in their collection and/or reconciliation efforts for certain accounts.

　　What your background should look like

　　Experience in Accounts Receivable.This is a perfect role for you who is knowledgeable in Excel, have an eye for the details, enjoy a supportive environment and have a strong desire to learn.Comfortability with repetitive tasks.Experience with Power BI and EDI is desirable, but not mandatory.The company offers an extensive training setting you up for success and lots of opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
