Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional on a contract to hire basis to join the team at an expanding company in North Houston.

　　Daily Responsibilities:

　　Maintain AR Aging, working with Collections to resolve customer accounts over 30 days past due

　　• Assist and train AR team on invoice review and how to identify/solve invoicing issues.

　　• Analyze and approve customer refunds

　　• Maintain weekly AR Report & Dashboards

　　• Batch and process invoices & payments daily

　　• Apply payment to customer accounts

　　• Address and resolve any invoice item discrepancies

　　• Address any errors not allowing invoices and payments to export properly

　　• Review invoices to ensure all invoices are complete and all issues have been resolved in order to meet team deadlines and company needs

　　• Send invoices and account updates to customers as needed

　　• Contact customers as needed to resolve accounts under 30 days past due Maintain a positive working relationship with all managers, supervisors and employees

　　• Maintain petty cash

　　• Perform other duties as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Full Cycle Accounts Receivables with 3+ years of experience

　　Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

　　Working knowledge of Oracle Software

　　Four-year degree in Finance or Accounting

　　Demonstrated analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy.
