Description

　　Use your talents as an Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional to join a growing, dynamic company that is working with Robert Half to fill this position. You will be responsible for entering, posting, and reconciling batches, researching and resolving customer A/R issues, preparing aging report, placing billing and collection calls, maintaining a cash receipting journal, and updating, and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L. This rapidly growing team needs a self-starter to join the accounting team! You will process full-cycle AP and handle a large number of invoices per week, with high attention to detail. 　　Responsibilities

　　Post and balance financial information in a number of ledgers while reconciling bank accounts

　　Maintain, relate, and promote the mission, values and culture of the organization

　　Process payments and compiling segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Answer questions from shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders

　　Perform a variety of basic accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general accounting tasks

　　Verify the correctness of documents and codes

　　Contact clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans

　　Requirements - Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

　　Skilled with ERP systems

　　Relevant experience in accounts receivable

　　Proven analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

　　General ledger experience

　　Strong familiarity with Aging Reports

　　Dynamics GP experience preferred

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
