Description

　　We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Associate to make an impact within our client's AR team! This position will be responsible for the administration of Accounts Receivable within the organization, providing support within record maintenance, responding to email requests, and assisting with incoming mail. This role may have additional duties within monthly reporting and analysis for the AR and Collections Managers related to month-end review. Position offers flexibility to support you in an on-site and/or remote capacity but should be local to the greater Quad Cities area.

　　Day to day duties include:

　　-Processing client forms and documents, as well as making necessary adjustments to update information in the database

　　-Daily Mailbox remittance monitoring

　　-Responding to information requests from collectors and partners

　　-Processing returned statements and invoices to ensure accurate information

　　-Providing phone support for accounting inquiries

　　Requirements

　　1+ years of transferrable experience is valued

　　Desire to be a quick contributor in this quick moving team

　　Knowledge of accounts receivable functions, processes, documents

　　Proven and accurate data entry and typing skills

　　Ability to navigate responses to a sizeable volume of inquiries
