This is a contract position providing services to Nestlé in the USA through a third-party staffing services organization. If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of a third-party staffing partner and not Nestlé in the USA.

　　Position is a contract role and will pay between $30 and $38 per hour.

　　JOB SUMMARY

　　The Contract Quality Specialist – Validation is responsible for critical aspects of food safety. During the start-up of the Glendale site, producing Coffee Mate liquid creamer, the Validation Specialist will have a unique opportunity to develop and maintain validation plans for all new equipment and factory sanitation programs. This position reports to the Factory Hygienist and partners will all departments of the manufacturing facility to ensure every bottle that goes out the door meets all Nestlé specifications and is of the highest quality our consumers expect.

　　RESPONSBILITIES:

　　Assist with developing and implementing the cleaning validation plans for the factory

　　Assist with developing and implementing the allergen validation plan

　　Analyze CIP data and lead improvement plans

　　Champion sustainability through reducing water and chemical usage

　　Develop sanitation standards

　　Train all relevant departments on sanitation standards

　　Support hygienic zoning plan

　　Support pest control

　　Support the CIP Champion

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Bachelor's degree preferred - Business, Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology degree – or equivalent degree or combination of experience and education.EXPERIENCE

　　Two years’ experience in the food, dairy, pharmacy, or beverage industry preferred

　　Aseptic experience preferred.
