Essential Job Functions:
• Respond to incoming calls from customers related to billing questions and/ or invoice needs
• Conduct collections calls for all accounts past due and update collection notes
• Enter credit requests
• Upload and manage invoices submitted to customer portals
• Credit approve quoted repairs, installation jobs and service tickets
• Enter ACH and check payments in addition to credit card processing
• Conduct credit checks for new accounts and set payment terms
• Set up of new accounts and/or new locations to existing accounts
• Backup the billing and contracts teams as needed
• Attend in-house training sessions and training as assigned and/or required
• Work cooperatively with other departments within the company and with fellow coworkers
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty
• Ability to understand cash receipts
• Ability to retain industry information
• Advanced proficiency in basic Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal). Able to interact with all levels being served

Experience/Education:
• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in Accounting Related Field
• Required: Math Proficiency
• Preferred: 2 + years related experience
• Preferred: Experience entering and/ or reviewing contracts and agreements
Physical Demand/Working Conditions:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, type, and operate office technology – computers, printers, copy machines, calculators, et.al.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to distinguish colors and use hands for repetitive fine manipulation frequently.
• Regular and timely attendance.
