　　AR ACCOUNTANT

　　80K-90K+BONUS

　　Publicly traded manufacturing company is seeking a strong Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team. This position will handle full cycle AR function including credit/collections. Company offers excellent benefits, including bonus, ESPP, 401k match.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Daily AR invoice generation, review & transmission to customers.

　　• Service project invoicing.

　　• AR-related inquiries & AR collections.

　　• Customer credit card processing and cash application.

　　• Multi-state sales tax review & returns.

　　• Assist in month-end close reconciliations, analysis, and audit requests.

　　• Assist in Corporate reporting.

　　• Enter journal entries and other duties as assigned.

　　• Identify & implement improvements in financial processes for increased efficiency & accuracy.

　　• Participate in the Accounting/ ERP system implementation/ improvement.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

　　• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company

　　• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, fast adaption of ERP & other system tools.

　　• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

　　• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

　　• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　• Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task efficiently, prioritize to meet critical deadlines.
