Description

　　Triad headquartered service provider seeking Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their accounting team. The position involves overseeing the payment function with a focus on directing staff in processing payments and ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures. This includes the timely handling of vendor invoices and employee expense reports. The role encompasses day-to-day staffing and personnel management, involving recruiting, hiring, supervision, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations of Accounts Payable Clerks. The candidate will establish performance objectives and priorities, develop and train staff, and evaluate performance and workloads for continuous improvement. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field preferred, with at least five years of leadership experience in a mid to large size organization with a specific emphasis on Accounts Payable for at least 5 years, is required.
