　　Qualifications

　　Desired Skills and Experience:

　　3+ years in the home building industry

　　Organized Ability to read plans and engineering drawings

　　Computer savvy

　　Effective communicator

　　Possess problem solving skills

　　Ability to plan and prioritize

　　Be part of a team, but also are self motivated

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Manage construction of 8-10 houses on scattered lots

　　Build houses per plan, specifications and scope

　　Build, maintain and drive schedules

　　Maintain and build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and building jurisdictions

　　Ensure safe building practices and maintain safety records

　　Resolve warranty issues
