　　An esteemed organization is in search of a dedicated and proficient Junior AP Analyst to strengthen our finance team. This role is vital due to a recent vacancy. The candidate should be ready for an immediate start and capable of adapting quickly to our team's dynamics.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Efficiently manage and process accounts payable transactions.

　　Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.

　　Contribute to financial closing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

　　Work collaboratively with the team to enhance AP processes.

　　Identify and resolve discrepancies in AP transactions.

　　Qualifications:

　　Relevant experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles.

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work both independently and as a team member.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.

　　Position 2: AP Analyst (With CONCUR Experience)

　　Reports To: Finance Department Head

　　Overview:

　　The organization is also looking for an experienced AP Analyst with specialized skills in CONCUR and managing high-volume accounts payable. This role is crucial for the effective management of our AP operations and includes involvement in specific departmental projects.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Oversee high-volume accounts payable transactions.

　　Utilize CONCUR software proficiently for financial tasks.

　　Maintain accuracy and compliance in all AP activities.

　　Collaborate with the finance team to refine AP procedures.

　　Support in financial reporting and analysis as required.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Significant experience in high-volume accounts payable management.

　　Proven expertise in using CONCUR software.

　　Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.

　　Superior organizational and project management capabilities.

　　Effective written and verbal communication skills.
