　　Primary Purpose

　　This role is responsible for developing sales strategies related to Fence product line in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue.

　　Essential Functions

　　Develop and implement effective sales strategiesRegular meet with, and train, nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets related to fenceEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel at targeted customer accountsNegotiate and close agreements with large customersManage and oversee the daily operations of the national sales department with relation to fenceMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needsLiaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistencyKeep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

　　Computer proficiency in Windows Based SystemsIn depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales teamHands on experience with CRM softwareApplicable experience of sales performance metricsOutstanding communication, presentation and leadership skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsCustomer oriented with strong negotiation skillsAnalytical and data driven problem solver

　　$125,000.00 – $250,000.00 / year

　　At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
