　　Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new opportunity in the thriving manufacturing sector? Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Fort Wayne, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.

　　Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

　　Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.

　　Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for payment.

　　Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

　　Handle vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

　　Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Effective communication skills.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
