　　Position Summary:

　　As part of User Success, the Success Insights team helps enable data-informed decision-making across the organization through timely, consumable, and actionable insights. We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Enterprise Success Manager team to identify opportunities and risks in specific accounts based on the various data points made available by the Success Insights team and others. This role will help champion digital analytics and a culture of data-informed decisions across the Enterprise Success Manager team. The ideal candidate is someone who pays close attention to detail, easily communicates with multiple stakeholders, and can translate technical details into business insights.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with senior data analysts in the Success Insight team to understand the underlying meaning of complex reports and data visualizations.

　　Effectively translate technical data into business insights to identify opportunities and risks in specific accounts and communicate those to relevant Enterprise Success Managers for action.

　　Proactively identify patterns/trends and/or repeated opportunities and risks and document for follow-up.

　　Document business requirements and methods used to generate work output.

　　Identify and document reporting requirements needed to support Enterprise Success Manager business needs.

　　Help maintain and update manual data captures.

　　Document new reports and dashboards and provide training for report users.

　　Collaborate with the report users to ensure they continue to meet their requirements and help foster an understanding of what data means and how to interpret it.

　　Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

　　Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: AEC industry, Water industry, Utilities industry, or Construction industry.

　　Have an understanding of the Bentley product portfolio which products work together and for what user workflows.

　　2 years experience in SaaS/Software or other high-tech industries, preferably in customer-facing roles (sales support, services, or customer success).

　　Proven experience in interpreting data and synthesizing key business insights across multiple data sets. Must be detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality work.

　　Experience with PowerBI and/or other BI tools is desirable.

　　Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

　　Procedure/instruction writing experience and technical writing experience preferred.

　　Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
