Description

　　We are partnering up with a local company in North County, and together, we are on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract/contract-to-hire basis. As an essential member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's payables while showcasing your advanced computer skills.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

　　Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

　　Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

　　Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals

　　Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

　　Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist

　　Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills

　　Ability to work effectively in a team environment

　　Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and standards

　　This is an on-site position, and remote work options are not available at this time. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
