You're a good fit for this Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position is you can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. This is a great opportunity to work at a dynamic organization with a growing team. The Accounts Payable Clerk role will be situated in the Richardson, Texas area and is a permanent employment.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling

　　Implement full-cycle A/P

　　Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

　　Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily Requirements - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Proficiency in AS400

　　Expertise in Asset Inventory

　　Proven knowledge of Purchase Orders

　　Bank reconciliations experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Form 1099 experience preferred

　　Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　5+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Highly organized and self-motivated
