　　Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Bradenton, FL.Position Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Specialist will process the accounts payable functions on a daily basis Maintain the accounting systems with new vendor creation, including ensuring proper documents are received and maintained Processing of weekly check run and coordination with check signers to ensure available and timely check runs are remitted Reconciles customer accounts and manages accounts receivable collections Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts Provides outside auditors with assistance; Gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit As appropriate, the Accounts Payable Specialist coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software system; Recommends updates to enhance the accounting software Performs other related duties as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Accounts Payable experience: minimum 3 yearsPreferred Skills: Associate's or Bachelor's degree Accounting experience: 3-4 years SageIntacct/Bill.com experience

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
