Description We’re hiring a direct permanent Account Payable Specialist for our client!

　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client’s team as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements Responsibilities · Verify and process invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents · Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner · Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors while taking advantage of early payment discounts when available · Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoices · Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records · Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly · Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable · Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness · Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices related to accounts payable · Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation

　　Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field · Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role · Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment · Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
