Description

　　A company in Burbank is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, data entry and verification to payment issuance. You will manually be processing 400+ credit card entries per week. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate accounts payable records and reconciling bank statements.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process accounts payable invoices, including data entry, verification, and approval.

　　Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.

　　Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.

　　Prepare and issue payments to vendors.

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.

　　Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.

　　Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 2 year of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.

　　Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

　　Strong organizational and time management skills.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　ERP experience preferred.
