The Accounts Payable Clerk duties will include matching and batching code invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, and processing checks.What you get to do every single day- Provide support to internal business partners- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Complete full-cycle A/P- Perform special projects as assigned Requirements Purchase Orders, Accounts Payable (AP), Invoice Processing, Coding Invoices, Microsoft Excel
