SUMMARY
The Records Management Clerk - Query Litigation provides documentationsearch assistance to the Office of Historical Trust Accounting (OHTA).The OHTA provides historical accountings of Individual Indian Money(IIM) accounts and litigation support for trust fund related litigationfiled by Indian tribes against the United States. This position assistswith identifying, locating and securing available data / recordsnecessary to conduct and support historical accounting efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Otherduties may be assigned.

Fosters an environment in which they willreportanyviolations or reasonably suspected violation of CNI policy,FAR, and/or CFR and are comfortable discussing the myriad compliance,conflict, FAR, CFR, etc. issues that arise during the performance of agovernment contract.
Assists with identifying, locating and securing available data / recordsnecessary to conduct and support historical accounting efforts.
Assists with multiple historical accounting systems in the analysis,reporting and archival of historical accounting information.
Follows established processes for archiving and retaining work products.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available andreceptive to all training made available by the company.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, jobdescription and supervisor\'s instruction in such a way as to maximizepersonal output.
Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderlycondition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafeconditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and humanresources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best ofown ability.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma and a minimum of six (6) months\' experience relatedto document search and systems that would have produced these documents;or equivalent combination of education / experience. Experience indatabase queries.
CERTIFICATES / LICENSES / REGISTRATION
Possesses or has the ability to obtain a Public trust clearance

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to computerate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
