We are seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse RN for a brand new program! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to terminally ill patients in a nursing home setting
Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
Previous clinical hospice experience
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
RN license in South Carolina
