Description:
The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for processing a high volume of invoices daily in a Healthcare Shared Services environment. The right candidate will have had experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This candidate will know how to do imaging, invoicing, processing, and payments (dealing with ACH checks, credit cards, 1099's, and bank stop payments).

Additional Skills Qualifications:
At least 3+ years experience with Accounts Payable; or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (open to looking at new grads if the degree is there)
Shared Services experience is a huge plus!
Must score 10,000 or more on a 10-key test; if not, then an Excel test will be issued
Experience with 3-way matching (walk me through your invoice processing experience)
Experience with Disbursement processing
Has worked with a large ERP system. Peoplesoft is currently what is used, but if they have worked with SAP or Oracle, they would be fine.
Familiar with queries, vlookups, pivot tables, and intermediate excel
Experience with coding invoices
