Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Supervises the work of a group of inside sales representatives in an Inbound Call Center who are responsible for selling company products and servicing customer accounts. Calls will be primarily in Spanish.
What you'll do
Directs work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. Ensures accuracy and efficiency of service, maximization of sales revenue and adherence to established policies and procedures.
Directs, coaches, motivates, and develops telephone sales and service skills of all supervised sales representatives to ensure that sales and service goals are met.
Monitors performance of representatives according to established monitoring standards.
Counsels and advises representatives according to established monitoring standards.
Counsels and advises representatives regarding performance and discipline. Influences decisions regarding hiring, promoting, and discharging employees.
Serves as customer advocate for customers. Interacts with customers demonstrating the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues, providing service/support in ONE interaction (aka First Contact Resolution
Leverage various tools & technologies to provide support and effortless experience to customers (external and/or internal).
Stays current on new and changing tools and technology both used and sold by AT&T.
Serves as a Trusted Advisor to provide support to customers (external or internal) on matters spanning products & services, billing, orders, complaints, and/or other customer requests.
Qualifications - External
What you will bring:
Must be bilingual; highly fluent (native) in English comprehension, speaking and writing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
AT&T Manager experience, Call Center Processes, procedures and metrics, sales, coaching, leading developing, problem solving, and MS Office preferred.
Supervisory experience over cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Communicate effectively, both oral and written
Analytical and critical thinking
Flexible and adaptable, working in an ever-changing environment
Ability to work flexible schedule as per business needs
