　　Details about this exciting opportunity:

　　Part-Time Paid Accounts Payable Intern to work in our Finance department located in our Headquarters in White Plains, NY.

　　This is a temporary position, expected to last one year.

　　14-21 hours/week.

　　Compensation: $15.00-$15.50/hr.

　　Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Sort and distribute department mail.

　　Accounts payable invoice data entry to financial system.

　　Support the vendor set-up process.

　　Prepare checks for mailing.

　　Address program manager and vendor accounts payable inquiries.

　　Support annual audit requests as needed.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　If you have the following:

　　Qualifications:

　　College work toward a degree in Finance or Accounting – Completion of Sophomore or Junior year.

　　Possesses a basic understanding of the functions of a Finance department.

　　And Attributes:

　　Attention to detail.

　　Teamwork and customer service focused.

　　Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy department with multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

　　Microsoft office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
