　　Responsibilities

　　Operates the Northern Telecommunications attendant console, and various other forms of communications, in order to facilitate effective communication with dignity and respect for all FS customers.

　　Qualifications

　　High School graduate or equivalent required. Previous telephone experience working with the public desired. Demonstrates superior organizational skills and a working knowledge of office procedures.
