　　You’ll make a difference by:

　　· Manage employee particulars in SAP and WD.

　　· Experience in different products of employee data management

　　· Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA.

　　· Execute and monitor the complete process of employee management.

　　· Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team.

　　· Provide resolution for employee queries.

　　· Better team coordination

　　Your success is grounded in:

　　· Any graduate. 3yrs – 5yrs into Hire to Retire process.

　　· Workday Knowledge and proficiency are preferred.

　　· Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel

　　· Knowledge in WD

　　· Excellent English language skill -Spoken & Written

　　· Should be able to multi-task, managing both operations activities and special projects.

　　· Strong analytical and conceptual skills

　　· Ability to coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule.

　　· Process Automation knowledge is desired.

　　· Analyze complex situations based on facts and find solutions.

　　· Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities.

　　· Demonstrated effectiveness in working with customers.

　　· Highly energetic and” Go-getter”.
