Description

　　Robert Half has partnered with a specialty company located within the Philadelphia Suburbs on their search for an Accounts Payable Coordinator with strong Microsoft Excel expertise. The responsibilities for this role will consist of processing vendor invoices, managing cash flow, coding GL transactions, overseeing accounts payable controls, reconciling vendor statements, reviewing general ledger expense accounts, maintaining equipment inventory, assisting with payment runs, and resolving accounts payable discrepancies. Ideally, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who can perform day to day financial transactions utilizing their knowledge of best practices in accounting and bookkeeping.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Analyze and review invoices

　　Code general ledger activities

　　Ensure compliance with all AP activities/transaction

　　Assist with month end reporting

　　Reconcile vendor statements

　　Prepare 1099 year-end tax forms

　　Review and process expense reports

　　Vendor Maintenance

　　Maintain client recordkeeping

　　Investigate and resolve A/P discrepancies

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Accounts Payable Coordinator will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

　　Other requirements for the Accounts Payable Coordinator role include and are not limited to:

　　3-5 years of accounts payable experience

　　Healthcare industry experience a preferred

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel

　　Organized with a high level of attention to detail
