　　Robert Half is in search for a Supply Chain Manager in Livermore, California.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　• Provides management team with guidance on health and safety.

　　Conducts Safety Meetings, Audits and Inspections to ensure compliance, identify corrective action and implement follow up assessments.

　　• Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports and correspondence.

　　• Plan, implement and conduct safety and compliance training programs.

　　• Ensures each store location meets industry, local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.

　　• Collaborates with store managers to develop an Emergency Action Plan

　　• Manage Cresco Negligent Operator Point System (CNOPS)

　　• Serve as primary contact for incident notification and investigation. Leads incident investigations in collaboration with the GM of Credit & Risk. Manage the tracking of incidents and investigations using EHS Insight.

　　• Manage and Update all Safety Files and Documents as needed

　　• Identify Safety Related Issues and Risks and create company policies/solutions as applicable

　　• Ensure compliance per the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

　　• Manage OSHA's required PPE Hazard Assessment

　　• Participate in team meetings and provide regular on-site store presence.

　　• Ensure compliance for any new industry related safety matter

　　• Travel between locations, job sites, accident sites, etc.

　　• Other duties as needed

　　Education Required

　　• Bachelor's degree preferred in Safety Management or Occupational Health & Safety

　　• Proficient with use of computer, including Internet, Outlook, MS Office, etc.

　　• Proficient with use of mobile smart phone, ipad, laptop, etc.

　　• Current OSHA (within past 5 years) certifications required

　　• Other related professional degrees or certificates

　　Requirements Cal OSHA, Osha Safety, MS Office
