We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to become part of our team in Lansing. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your role will encompass managing accounts payable, performing data entry tasks, preparing expense reports, and ensuring accurate record keeping. This opportunity offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision.

• Prepare and manage expense reports, providing regular updates to the relevant team.

• Utilize HCM Saas Oracle Fusion effectively for various tasks.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

• Ensure accurate and efficient matching, coding, and batching processes.

• Prepare checks as per the company's policies and procedures.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and management is a must.

• Demonstrable experience in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy.

• Familiarity with HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion software is required.

• Ability to effectively manage and process Expense Reports.

• The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the insurance - casualty industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• The candidate must be capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial.

• The candidate must have a detail oriented and proactive approach to work.
