Job Description:
L3Harris is currently seeking an Sr Associate, Finance for our Public Safety and Critical Communications sector within our Communications Systems segment. This role will provide comprehensive financial metrics and forecasts to program managers, finance department, and senior staff while maintaining cost and schedule controls in alignment w/profitability targets. Specifically, this role will:
Develop, communicate, and recommend action plans with program teams to ensure financial targets and program goals are achieved; elevate critical issues/recommendations to management to ensure proactive resolution.
Be recognized as resident financial expert on assigned programs and contribute/lea d the advancement of financial support/reporting initiatives.
Work directly with Program and Sales Team to align orders and opportunities with revenue goals within Oracle ERP system and CRM.
Provide analytical support to department with regards to orders, sales, inventory as well as CRM data as it relates to programs, inventory, and program sales forecasting
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or General Business
GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience in financial assessment and analysis, revenue & cost forecasts, and budget management.
Ability to work with large, imperfect data sets and create/maintain repeatable processes.
Demonstrated experience with financial presentations to senior management and demonstratable analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Suite skills a must; especially Excel & Power Point. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP/Oracle
Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence platforms preferred.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
