Our client in Terre Haute, IN?is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be part of the finance department supporting the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Terre Haute, IN

Pay Range: $17.93 per hour

What's the Job?

Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness

Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records

Assist with month-end close processes

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
