Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Denver Metro Area. This role is primarily office-based and involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable duties with precision

• Conduct thorough data analysis to ensure accuracy of records

• Provide exceptional customer service in response to inquiries

• Reconcile cash transactions on a regular basis

• Perform reconciliations to maintain accurate records

• Manage cash handling procedures to ensure all transactions are accounted for.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and systems is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis to evaluate financial records.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to interact with vendors and internal departments.

• Experience in Reconciling Cash to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

• Ability to conduct thorough Reconciliations of financial statements and ledgers.

• Proven experience in Cash Handling, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
