Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in BATH TWP, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payable functions within an accounting team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications to ensure smooth financial transactions. • Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure data integrity. • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when needed. • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Work closely with the accounting team to manage all accounts payable functions. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and management. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. • Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes. • Provide support to other financial projects as needed.

• Proficient in Data Entry with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and using complex formulas

• Demonstrated ability to adhere to confidentiality and data protection procedures

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle high volume workloads

• Experience in using accounting software will be an advantage

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
