　　Position Summary:

　　The Caregiver provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.

　　 This full-time position works a two week rotating schedule of:

　　Week 1

　　*7am to 3pm Sunday and Monday *

　　*3pm to 11pm Tuesday *

　　*7am to 3pm Thursday and Friday *

　　Week 2

　　*7am to 3pm Monday and Tuesday *

　　*3pm to 11pm Wednesday *

　　*7am to 3pm Friday and Saturday *

　　*Position Requirements: *

　　18 yrs. or older Ability to lift 200 lbs. *with assistance *Valid driver's license/auto insurance Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
