This role's duties will require you to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk role will be situated in the Portage, Michigan area and is a permanent employment. 　　Responsibilities

　　Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Provide customer service to internal business partners

　　Carry out additional tasks as assigned

　　Manage full-cycle A/P

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

　　Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

　　Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies

　　Help with internal and external audits as required Requirements - Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Experience with Check Runs

　　Lease Administration experience

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

　　Adeptness in HOA

　　Lease Agreements experience

　　Invoice Coding experience preferred

　　Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
