Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk available to start immediately. Located in Waltham, Massachusetts, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a short-term contract / temporary position. Career growth and quick advancement makes this department a desirable place to work. The Accounts Payable Clerk duties will include matching and batching code invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks.

　　PART TIME ROLE - Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 9-5pm!!!!

　　Major responsibilities

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

　　Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

　　Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks

　　Provide support during internal and external audits

　　Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

　　Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis

　　Fullfill full-cycle A/P

　　Provide support to internal business partners

　　Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Foundational knowledge in SAP

　　Strong familiarity with Enter Invoices

　　Purchase Orders experience required

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
