Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable/ Bookkeeper to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role will involve the processing and maintenance of customer applications and records, as well as the resolution of customer inquiries and the monitoring of customer accounts.

Responsibilities

Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) by working with KitchenSync.

Help manage cash flow for daily operations.

Retrieve and analyze financial reports from KitchenSync to track and monitor expenses.

Work closely with the Managing Partner weekly to review expenses and check runs.

Requirements

2 years AP experience

Vendor Management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Toast/ 7Rooms/ KitchenSync experience preferred
