　　What you'll do

　　As a Finance Associate within the Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payables team you will be responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks in areas of processing of incoming vendor invoices.

　　Day-to-day tasks include:

　　Responses to client queries (internal and external)

　　Contact with vendors via email and ticketing system

　　Close cooperation and communication with internal customers and SAP subsidiaries

　　Support with posting of incoming vendor invoices

　　Open items management

　　Processing of vendor statements

　　What you bring

　　We are looking for candidates who deliver quality work and seek to develop.Full training will be provided.

　　Minimum upper intermediate written and spoken Germanand English is required.

　　Business or accounting background is an advantage.

　　Certificate of Secondary education at the minimum.

　　Very good command of Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook). Previous work experience and accounting knowledge is an advantage.
