  The Head of NetSuite Delivery and Operations is a billable resource responsible for leading Project Management operations and managing the delivery of professional services for clients on the NetSuite application. Collaborating with the Enterprise Systems Consulting practice (ESC) leaders, this role is responsible for planning and managing NetSuite project delivery and providing oversight over practice operations.

  Responsibilities:

  Provides project team oversight and supports project challenges, providing solutions accordingly

  Oversees Staffing and Utilization planning. Coordinates with the presale team on sales pipeline, and anticipates staffing based on existing project assignments, team skillset industry experience

  Manages new engagement onboarding and oversight – assigns resources to projects based on well thought through planning

  Manages subcontractors and ensures billable utilization targets are met while providing high quality deliverables to our clients

  Manages staffing & utilization levels. Recommends hiring needs to maintain optimum utilization levels

  Builds relationships with clients; becoming a trusted resource for resolving complex client issues

  Develops project methodology and templates innovation design

  Provides training and development of the project management team

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; emphasis in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business preferred

  Minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably in software consulting or support required; 5 years minimum of experience in NetSuite required

  NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification is required

  Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative is required

  Experience leading a NetSuite solution delivery team and managing people and operations required

  Organizational and project management skills with experience developing work breakdown structures and project plans preferred

  Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)

  Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%
