Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process invoices for payment in a fully computerized, highly automated and fast pace environment per workflow Work in Oracle to ensure invoice is processed accurately, timely and efficiently in the system Maintain vendor invoice tracking file and follow up with vendor for missing invoices Frequent communication with vendor to address and resolve billing variances while maintain healthy business relationship with vendor Adjust invoice coding per requests from finance team Communicate with and provide direct support to team lead and manager to ensure proper processing and approvals on supplier invoices Contribute to a cooperative team environment in which cross functions are assumed as necessary in order to meet department deadlines and goals Other AP functions and or projects as assigned Qualifications: Must be comfortable working in a fast-pace, high volume professional working environment Must have high degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail Must have some flexibility of work hours and willing to potentially put in extra hours during peak times Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to work on a team and interact with other staff on a daily basis, be responsible and dependable Other: Can commute to office minimum 2 days a week The expected salary range for this position is $34,125 to $48,750 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
