The qualified candidate will be responsible for processingvendor invoices, coding charges to correct accounts, determining itemsto be invoiced to our customers and calculating charges, answeringphones, filing and providing support to our accounting and payroll staffas needed. Experience with Microsoft Office is required with an emphasison Excel preferred. We are a small office environment so the ability tomultitask and work well with existing staff is important.
