Role: This is a phenomenal career opportunity for a hard-working emerging talent to come and join our international Finance team and build a career as an Accounts Payable Analyst with outstanding growth opportunities at ASP. You will be mainly responsible for the posting of Invoices and Expenses in compliance to general accounting principles and company policies and procedures. This includes validation, identification & completeness o f required variables, such as, approvals, cost centres/coding, tax codes, etc. based on standard processes and site-specific statutory requirements.

　　What will you do:

　　Validate approval, completeness, and correctness of invoice details.

　　Identify required invoice details for countries with specific statutory requirements.

　　Process invoices and expenses in the system.

　　Pay vendors & suppliers by scheduling and preparing wire transfers.

　　Participate in future cross-functional and international projects.

　　What makes you the perfect fit:

　　2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (Invoice processing, Invoice resolution, Reconciliation, and Reports Analysis) within an international or US organization.

　　A hands-on work style, comfortable with the detail, and able to move seamlessly between tactical and strategic issues as required.

　　Proficiency with ERP system(s) (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office with Excel skills.

　　Positive, enthusiastic and a standout colleague.
