About Grain Elevator Operator

　　Madison Farmers Elevator Company is currently hiring for a grain elevator operator at our Madison location. This person will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and railcars as well as cleaning and maintaining plant equipment. Assist feed department sales when needed as well.

　　Class A CDL preferred, but not required.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Loading and unloading grain trucks and railcarsHousekeeping, such as cleaning the facility and equipmentOperating truck/elevator scale as neededOperating grain handling and conveying equipmentRequirements:

　　Must be able to work 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during harvest season including weekendsOff season hours vary but are normally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen.Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors.Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
