　　Amentum has an exciting opportunity for Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

　　THE ROLE

　　The Accounts Payable Analyst undertakes accounts payable functionality such as managing vendor invoices, getting approvals from PO owners, inputting invoicing data, preparing journal entries, and managing the local cash. The position is key for customer billing and receipts.

　　ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Manage invoice mailbox and processing in SAP

　　Managing the workflow of invoices through local approval and CONUS processing/payment

　　Management of site cash and float requirements

　　Preparation of journals to corporate (weekly & monthly)

　　Perform all required clerical duties necessary in area of assignment

　　Organize, file and maintain records in an up-to-date condition

　　Ensure compliance with all site’s environmental health and safety requirements

　　Any other reasonable duties as requested

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Minimum Essential

　　Year 12 completionDesirable

　　Undergraduate degree

　　Equivalent demonstrated experience

　　The position is desk based and sedentary in nature, the ability to lift items up to 5kgs may be required occasionally.

　　Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines
