　　About the Role:

　　The Dough Mixer is responsible for providing support to the mixing team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the department. You will add value to the role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Inform Supervisor or any other Management personnel of ANY Food Safety or Quality issues or of any processes which become noncompliant with specified requirements

　　Making Set-ups When Necessary, weighing out the right amount of the required setup (soda, ammonia, salt, vanilla, flour salt, etc.) using the digital scale

　　Bring out skids of bagged ingredients from the storage area using a motorized pallet jack truck and place them on the lift tables when needed

　　Monitor the quality and consistency of batches throughout the day and communicate any inconsistencies to the supervisor

　　Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Line Three 2nd shift, which operates from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday and may include some mandatory OT Saturdays when production needs require. Starting pay is $23.66/hr. and after six months $24.16/hr. Plus $0.75/hr. shift differential.
